Our guide was knowledgeable and informative. She was also personable and friendly. She graciously allowed for our age and physical limitations.

Had a wonderful tour of Prague Castle. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable in the history of the castle and of Prague and the Czech Republic. She went above and beyond within the tour and to navigate the Metro system. It was evident that she enjoyed sharing her knowledge with us as much as we enjoyed learning about it.
Great tour, but very cold!

Our tour guide was very nice, and probably one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met. If you are interested in all of the dates and historical facts, she knew them. However, there are 2 related items that while small, are the difference between 4 and 5 stars. First, I think there was an overload of facts which was independent of what my family was interested in or not (this was probably exacerbated by how cold it was). Second (and related to the cold) there could have been a break of some sort due to it being bitterly cold and none of the places we went were heated. At one point my wife had to leave the group to go inside a cafe as she could no longer handle the cold and was starting to get frostbite. I would gladly have skipped one of the locations in the castle for a thawing out period with a coffee. So to conclude, while our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, a little more attentiveness to the needs of the group would have been great.
