Unforgettable, a must

We were a few minutes late, missed the pickup time. The driver then backtracked around to pick us up. Very professional, very understanding. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if Peter is your guide, he is brilliant.
Very Informative Tour

Once again Viator has done a wonderful job delivering such an informative tour. Our guide Sarah was GREAT! We sat up front in the van/ bus and she gave so much information to all of us on what we were going to see. She is full of facts and information about Terezín and the tells the story of how things were back when it was built to the current state of the town, Camp, Prison, Cemeteries, and Ghetto. Would recommend this tour, and I would recommend Sarah as the guide. She was great. Thank you so much.

A great family eduction experience.we believe it is important our boys are aware of the past. Our guide educated us and looked after us very well. Thank you.
Nice little day trip (for as much as you can say “nice” about the topic)

Our tour guide was Helen and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She ran the tour with extreme efficiency. I was initially skeptical to take an (as advertised) 6 hour bus tour, fearing that it would be too long, but it wound up being 5 hours door-to-door and was the perfect length (2 hours driving round trip, approx 2 hours at the small fortress and 1 hour at the large fortress split across a few exhibits). The content is overall very heavy and somber of course, but I would absolutely recommend this tour to friends who are interested in learning more about the history of the region.
Great guide but incorrect info from Viator

The guide was fantastic and she was super knowledgeable about the content of the tour, however, the bus was a bit uncomfortable and felt like the tour was packed with people. Also, the Viator time was essentially wrong stating to meet up at the departure time instead of the time folks were boarding the bus. This led to my fiancé and I not being near each other on the bus, which was annoying given the tour cam essentially be done using the Czech transit system.
